As I mentioned in section last week, this blog is where you will be posting your comments and reactions to the course readings and/or current news events that touch on some aspect of the course material. The following are the requirements for the rest of the semester:
1) You need to complete six blog postings before the last section meeting (26 April).
2) Blog postings should be between 300-500 words, although you are certainly welcome to write more if you're particularly interested in a topic or news item.
3) Postings are due at 10pm on Thursday night (before Friday section)--you may post anytime during the week, but posting after 10pm Thursday means it won't count for that week (you may, however, count it towards the following week's posts).
4) Feel free to comment on the existing posts (in a polite manner, of course!)
5) You can use your section posts on the main GOVT 006 blog; I've told Prof. Nexon that many of you will be doing this.
